XO Shipping is looking for an experienced Shipping Controller to join our team. The role is
initially to cover a maternity leave (9-12 month), with the possibility of a permanent position
afterwards.
The role:
As shipping Controller, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational control of our
vessels and voyages. You will Work closely with our International Operations- and Finance
team as well as Vessel owners to ensure voyages are followed up efficiently and
accurately
We're looking for:
Monitoring and controlling vessel voyages and operations
Handling operational reporting and follow-up
Ensuring information and documentation in IMOS is accurate and up to date
Handling of final hire statements and insure timely follow up
Identifying and following up on operational discrepancies and issues
EU ETS filing and transfers
A full-time position based in Copenhagen or Dubai
