We are looking for a structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented Financial Controller or Accountant to support our activities at XO Shipping & XPower Trading. In this role, you will handle a mix of financial operations, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with internal teams, external operators, and management to ensure smooth daily and monthly processes.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and a structured working style. The ideal candidate has experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial processes, and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with both internal and external stakeholders are essential. We value a proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of recurring processes. Knowledge of Business Central, IMOS, or Power BI will be considered an advantage.

Process and manage sales and purchase invoices
Handle incoming and outgoing payments and ensure timely settlements
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue receivables
Approve, reconcile, and manage EUAs (European Union Allowances)
Reconcile and settle intercompany balances and transactions
Support month-end closing activities and prepare internal monthly report
Assist with year-end closing and audit-related activities
